Hello, I’m Rachel — the heart behind Pilea & Paper. This little brand began at a time of big change: a new baby, a new home, a new rhythm to life. What started as a creative outlet soon grew alongside my son, rooted in a love for small, meaningful gestures.

The name Pilea & Paper comes from the humble Pilea Peperomioides — the first plant I ever managed to keep alive (and even share cuttings from!). Just like those little green shoots, I hope these cards bring comfort, connection and a touch of joy — especially on the days that feel less than sunny.

Each card is designed and made here in the UK with care, thought, and a commitment to using environmentally conscious materials.
